FULL CARE BOARDING
Southern Grace Farm has opened a brand new barn! This is a full-care barn offering spacious 12’ x 12’ stalls, rubber matted flooring, automatic waters, fans, hot wash stall, lounge, large 12’ x 24’ tack room with lockable private cabinet closets, salt block, 120’ x 200’ lighted double fenced riding arena, trails on and off farm, smaller 30’ x 60’ training arena, and a round pen. Jumps, Cavaletti, Barrels, and Poles are available for use. Services offered: Blanketing, Holding (Farrier/Vet), and administering medication. Board includes hay, water, grain up to 12 lbs per day, salt, worming (owner provided), daily turn out. Full care board is offered at $475 per month.

PRIVATE PADDOCK
Private Paddocks (DRY LOT) consist of a three strand high tension wire (electric), run-in shed (12 x 24) water and electric. Paddock is approximately 1/2 acre in size and are large enough for 1-2 horses. Also included in board is full use of arena, round pen and trail access. Trailer parking is also available. Private Paddock boarding is available at $275.00 per month. This is a self care paddock. An additional fee will apply for us to feed.

FIELD CARE
Field Care consists of a four strand high tension (electric) fence. Your equine friend will enjoy turnout on 20 acres of community pasture. Field care includes, containment, water, free-will hay and grain one time per day during the winter months (November - April). Field Care is offered from $300.00 to $400.00 per month.
